Human accidents in coal mine is more than 80% of the proportion, therefore, control the accidents is to control from the source of frequent coal mine accidents. In this paper, the second-generation human reliability analysis as the main technical means to elaborate the coal mine accidents were a result of the formation mechanism and factors. Who proposed the formation of the five major factors in accidents:human factors, physical factors, local factors, environmental factors and tissue factor. And established a three-tier defense in depth system of mine. Then the analysis of human factors accidents based on the mechanism of human factors for coal mine accidents CREAM method, use this method to analyze human factors in a mine at the root causes of the accident and the accident probability forecasts for the last coal mine was established Human Reliability Analysis specification.Through this research, initially established CREAM mine gas explosion analysis, and its suitability to do a certain amount of exposition Finally, human reliability analysis of mine the role of norms and meaning. Of coal mine accidents were due to provide prevention and treatment of certain theoretical basis, has a strong practical significance.
