Fluorine rubber has the excellent heat resistance, oil resistance, weather resistant, ozone resistant and chemical resistance character.Because of these Superior performance,people often use this kind of materials in the area of the automobile and aerospace and so on.In the actual application,people often make the composite material composed with fluorinerubber and metal, improving the tightness of the composite material. But because of the small fluorine rubber and bad reaction dot, there have some difficulties in adhesiving fluorine rubber and metal. cementation exist great difficulties. It also has the poor mechanical properties and medium resistance, therefore, the choice of appropriate adhesive for fluorine rubber and metal cementation play an important to improve the composite seal material interface properties.This paper is aim to synthesize three types of epoxy adhesive. Bisphenol A epoxy resin is synthesized under the 80℃in 4h,and the mole ratio of bisphenol A to epichlorohydrin is 1:5, in 10mol/L sodium hydroxide,getting the light brown transparent liquid, yield is 74.88%, and has the same IR as the standard authentication. LCD epoxy resin is synthesized under the 90℃in 4h,and the mole ratio of 4,4'-dihydroxy-a, a'-dimethyl benzalazine(DDBA) to epichlorohydrin is 1:15, in 10mol/L sodium hydroxide adding with benzyltrimethylammonium hydroxide, getting the yellow solid, yield is 67.45%. Polarizing microscope and DSC proved its LCD performance,its kind is nematic liquid crystal,and the dielectric crystalling phase range is from 114.48℃to 164.43℃.The metal-fluorine rubber composite sealing material is respectively adhesived by the above two kinds of adhesive and modification aramid enhance epoxy.The metal is the 301 stainless steel plate material. Medium resistance and adhesive performance tests result shows that the Composite seal material useing LCD epoxy resin as adhesive has the best performance.The technological conditions is as fllows:the quality ratio of epoxy resin to fluorine rubber is 1:10, the addition of LCD epoxy resin into normal epoxy resin is 4%, under the cure temperature of 180℃for 1h. Composite sealing material do not change in the glycol solution for 5 hours, the quality change ratio is 0.22%. It neither fall off nor peeling under the high temperature 200℃for 5h, the quality change ratio is 0.21%.The oil resistance test find that composite material surface do not have opparent change, the quality change ratio is 0.23%. The adhesion tests shows that the grade for the composite material 1 grade. The tension performance test also have the good performance,its strength comes to 7.39 MPa.
