Research And Application Of The Truck-maounted Drilling Rig On-ground Underbalanced Ges Drainage

Currently, in systematic disposing of coal mine gas, on-ground gas pre-drainage has been adopted as an important method in coalfield these years. And the under-balanced gas drainage truck-mounted drilling rig is the main equipment. But there is no domestic manufacturer. Some construction enterprises have to cost much foreign exchange to import advanced drilling machines. In this condition, this paper studied and developed the truck-mounted under-balanced drilling rig to drainage gas more efficiently with low cost on the ground, which adapts to the coal layer condition of our country.In order to design the machine, this paper adopts the design methods of conclusion, optimization design,3D modeling and finite element analysis etc. First, decide the the general design, then research the power system, telescopic mast, top-drive device and truck chassis. Last, be proven by industrial experiment. The results are as followed:1. It concludes and summarizes the development of gas drainage drilling rigs of domestic and overseas.Analyses the features of on-ground gas drainage drilling engineering from the view of drilling technique and engineering management. According to the situation of coal mine gas drainage and functions requirement of truck-mounted drilling rigs, comparing with the imported drilling rigs. General construction and parameters of the rig have been determined.2. Theoretically analyzes the drilling loading character, according to the requirement of driving character of drilling power system, decides the power mode of the machine.3. Analyzes the telescopic mast through static force analysis and model analysis through 3D modeling and finite element analysis. Acquires the design model that meets the requirement of strength and there is no resonance.4. Adopts math model and parameters optimization design method to design the main parameters and construction of the top-drive device.5. Adopts 3D modeling and finite element analysis to prove the static force and model analvsis of the chassis. Decide the chassis mode.Through research and development, the first on-ground gas drainage under-balanced truck-mounted drilling rig has been trial-produced and has been appraised by the experts of coal-bed methane committee of china coal society. This research gives actual significance to manufacturing special drilling rig which meet the need of gas pre-drainage on ground.
