By analyzing the straw material, combining with the realistically manufacture in Jincheng group in liaoNing province, I study the performance of the straw magnesium sulfite pulp. We can screen out the main factors which influence the performance of the straw magnesium sulfite pulp from the individual factor changed experiment. Exploring the differences between straw soda pulping and acid pulping, we educe the advantages and disadvantages of respective straw pulping method. We can also educe the experimental speed constant curve changing with temperature from the dynamics experiments of the straw magnesium sulfite pulp. Finally, we got the best experimental scheme of the straw magnesium sulfite pulp.The straw fiber is slender and short, the structure of the straw fiber choosing the variform cells, mounts of the cells which is not the fiber, specially large number of the folium cells in magnesium sulfite straw pulp. Comparing with the soda straw pulp, the yield, the ash, the content of the silicon is higher in magnesium sulfite straw pulp. Also, the phenethyl and alcohol extraction, the hot water extraction which eatracted from magnesium sulfite straw pulp is higher, contrast to the extraction from soda straw pulp. However, the pentosan in soda straw pulp is higher than which is contained in the magnesium sulfite straw pulp. Comparing the magnesium sulfite straw pulp, the K value, the content of klason lignin and the content of the lignin dissolved in acid were lower in the soda straw pulp. Whether the higher content of the lignin in magnesium sulfite straw pulp due to the process of condensation of the lignin happened in the process of the reaction, is still in discussing.We also educed that the speed constant changes little when the experimental temperature fluctuated from one hundred centigrade to one hundred and forty five centigrade. However, the speed constant speeds up when the experimental temperature fluctuated from one hundred and forty centigrade to one hundred and sixty centigrade. So, we got the range of the experimental temperature was between one hundred and forty five centigrade and one hundred and sixty centigrade.The results show that we can get the best condition which is A3B2C2D2, which means the pulping total acid is 3.4%, the highest pulping temperature is 155℃, the pulping time which is heating is 100min, the pulping time which is insulation is 90min. In the condition we educed that the K value is 15.93,the yield is 45.57%, the pentosan in the magnesium sulfite straw pulp is 8.21%, in the condition that the K value is dropping. The lignin in magnesium sulfite straw pulp is 1.46% with the dropping of the K value.The phenethyl and alcohol extraction is 2.34%, the whiteness of the the ISO blanching pulp is 78.38%. The tensile strength of the blanching pulp is 23.55N/15mm. The reservation of the pentosan makes the the reservation of the strength of the blanching pulp. In Addition, the reservation of the pentosan also eliminate the disturbing of organics which is easy dissolving in phenethyl and alcohol. The decreasing of the contents of the ligin makes the improving of the the whiteness of the the bleaching pulp, also, which improves the performance of manufacturing paper with pulp.
