Research on the Control System and Speed for Fracture Splitting Machine tool of Engine Crankcase Bearing BracketIn 90's of last century, the emergence of cracking process brings a breakthrough to the previous conventional processing technology, which also greatly simplifies the overall process of producing the engine connecting rod bolt hole. Pyrolysis technology has been to be the most creative, influential and the most competitive, new technology. As the connecting rod fracture splitting technology matures, researchers and experts begin to attempt in adopting cracking technology in automotive engine box bearing the processing field. The nation's ability in engine manufacturing determines the level of its automobile manufacturing industry; it is the same that the engine crankshaft box bearing is a most determinative factor for the performance of the engine, which means the one who masters the processing technology applied to the pyrolysis engine box bearing will lead the future automotive manufacturing.In this paper, cracking the engine crankshaft bearing machine tool box is presented comprehensively and with detailed analysis on the hydraulic system, PLC control system and designing a cracking speed detection system. The dissertation is structured as follows:1.Introduction to the engine crankshaft bearing box cracking machine hydraulic system. Preliminary selection of the computer control system based on cracking machine requirements relating hydraulic parameters and other relevant parameters. Mitsubishi Q series Q series PLC is selected.2.Design of the main circuit is based on the comprehensive analysis of the machine host working process, design requirements of cracking machine and process parameters of the cracking machine. According to the engine crankshaft bearing box cracking machine control unit requirement to control the splitting machine system on/off, hydro-engine on/off, lubrication system on/off, and overload protection, on which the design of the pyrolysis machine control circuit is based.3.Cracking speed detection solution is made up of a high-speed counter module acquisition system, inductive the TR2 with rack and pinion encoder. Brief introduction on high-speed counter and the TR2 with rack and pinion encoder, based on which selection was carried out. Through high-speed counter compiled, in accordance with the algorithm designed to the host, the instantaneous speed in the cracking three stages is figured out.4.Hence a velocity detecting and controlling system of the comprehensive analysis of the machine host based on this microcomputer is designed. Simulations and experiments research indicate that the algorithms as parameters self-tuning optimizing PID and single neural element adapting PID, applying to the real time velocity control system yield quickly responsibility and great stability of the system.
