With the widespread use of petroleum, petroleum hydrocarbons in a variety of ways to create increasingly serious water pollution on human health caused by a serious threat, to control the oil pollution control is imminently. So more and more domestic and international environmental governance of environmental workers recognize the urgency of contaminated groundwater,making petroleum hydrocarbon pollution of groundwater treatment get a high degree of attention.Situ remediation as a cost-effective approach in the past few years been more and more attention.In situ remediation methods, biowall is considered the most promising in situ remediation technology, the technology of microbial permeable to a fixed place underground engineering structures, the pollutants in groundwater filtering through the biological wall, Adsorption and biodegradation were removed.The project demonstration sites based on the physical and chemical conditions, select the main factors of the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria characteristics and indicators from the microbial activity on this important study, the petroleum hydrocarbon degrading bacteria find the optimal living conditions for behind the simulation experiments and demonstration projects to provide reference and theoretical basis. Do permeable biological reaction wall simulation system repair, according to the research on the effect of the hydrogeological situation demonstration site and microbial degradation characteristics,for the subsequent engineering application with certain technical parameters, theory and experience guidance,to solve the environmental pollution of the hydrocarbon pollutants have important theoretical significance and practical application value.The topics are the following conclusions:1,The mixed bacteria optimum inoculation quantity is 5%.The mixed bacteria decomposition rate of petroleum hydrocarbon and later the activity of microorganism with the increase of the initial concentration of petroleum hydrocarbon enhanced 2,Mn2+ Cu2+, Mg2+, and of microorganism activity has stimulative effect,the best addition amount of metal ions Cu2+:20μg/L, Mn2+:1mg/L, Mg2+:30mg/L3,Petroleum hydrocarbon initial concentration low (20mg/L) degradation meet level 1 dynamic equation,Petroleum hydrocarbon initial concentration high (50mg/L) degradation meet level zero dynamic equation.4,When the simulated concentration of petroleum hydrocarbons in water trough 11±0.5mg/L, the simulation is running during the 120 d the concentration of petroleum hydrocarbons in water first increased and then decreased, and finally stabilized, kept under 0.02mg/L, to meet emission standards.5,After the test results of measuring the activity of microorganism, bioactive reduce along the flow direction,microbial activity decrease gradually from the top to the bottom simulated slot.
