With the development of the current China's cotton industry, the equipment of cottonspinning equipment it also changing. The advancement of the cotton spinning equipmentgreatly improve the production efficiency ,not only this, it also increase the profits of theenterpriseandincreaseeconomicefficiency.Cotton spinning equipment is large precision equipment. Both on materials and thestructure have high requirements. During the operation there maybe have some failureoccurs ,if at this time the technical member because of some objective factors could not betimely maintenance, this will cause the equipment shutdown and brings economic loss to theenterprise. With the development of the network, using the Internet to establish a platform ofdistributed remote malfunction diagnosis system, which will be more accurate to find thecauseoftheeventandgivesomesolutions.This article introduces the remote malfunction diagnosis system for the background,purpose and significance of the limited technology of remote fault diagnosis system. Thispaper gives the structure of the system ,function of each module and design methods.According to cotton spinning machine malfunction diagnosis system requirements, buildingdistributed remotemalfunctiondiagnosissystem,collecttheinformationbymonitoring,andthen transfer it to malfunction diagnosis center, then according to the judgment by themalfunctiondiagnosismodule,finallywillshowtheresulttotheuserthroughthepage.Based on the core of the system module -- malfunction diagnosis module, the analysis,design and implementation. Select a fuzzyreasoning expert system technologyto prosing themalfunction information .The malfunction information will be transmitted to compare theknowledge base to find a solution ,if the malfunction information dose not exist in theknowledge base, then we should be add the new malfunction information to the knowledgebase. An example is the specific described in detail for malfunction diagnosis moduleimplementation.At implementationofthesystem,comparingoftheC/S architectureand B/S architectureadvantagesanddisadvantages,finallydeterminetheB/Sarchitecture.Theselectionofsystemenvironment and development platform also compared and analyzed, last select J2EEdevelopment platform. On the business logic of the malfunction diagnosis module the mainfocusofeachBean'sdetaildescriptionandtheprocess. This article is based on a lot of cotton spinning industry enterprises application forbackground, remote malfunction diagnosis system for research ,analysis, design andimplementation. This system application will increase the efficiency of malfunctiondiagnosis ,improve accuracy of malfunction diagnosis, enhance equipment management, andimproveenterprisecompetitiveness.
