Air pollution has caused widespread concerns, which include human health hazards and damage the ecological environment. In recent years, PM10 has been considered to be of major pollutants in the air, to accurately and effectively control PM10 pollution of atmospheric and improve air quality, analysis and mastery of spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of PM10 pollution and its impact factors are very important. Especially when the emissions sources are effective controlled.In this paper, we take Longyan City in Fujian Province as the study area. After control the pollution emission sources, the air PM10 pollution was still not been significantly improved, suggesting that air pollution in the region, there are other factors of non-emission sources. Therefore, through collection and collation the on-site monitoring and information data, use PM10 pollutant concentration and meteorological, topographical, geological and other monitoring data in recent years, analysis of spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of PM10 concentration and meteorological, topographical, geological and other monitoring data in Longyan City. Discuss the relationship between the two characteristics and the proliferation of urban air pollution and variation.PM10 concentration and non-emission sources are closely related, this article discussed the correlation between the two. First of all, by analyzing the inter-annual trend of them, the possible influence tendency of the impact of each non-emissions source factor on the PM10 concentration, and according to the distribution frequency range of non-sources factors on pollution and non-pollution days, counts the range of non-sources factor when PM10 pollution may occur in Longyan City. And second, through the Single ANOVA on non-sources factors and PM10 concentration, research on the significant non-sources factors that affect urban PM10 concentrations. Once again, by correlation analysis, study the correlation between non-sources factors and PM10 concentrations trends and correlations, Determine the significant impact of non-sources factors on PM10 concentrations. And finally, through AHP, research the impact weight of non-sources factors on PM10 concentrations in Longyan City, obtained the order of non-sources factors affect PM10 concentrations in Longyan City. Concluded:meteorological factors are the main non-sources factors that impact on PM10 concentrations in Longyan City. And wind velocity is the most important factor in Meteorological factors.Through the above analysis, identified some non-sources factors which have significant correlation with PM10 concentrations in Longyan City, selected the main factor by stepwise regression, establishment of multiple regression prediction equation, then inspection and analysis of the prediction equation. Concluded:the relative prediction error of less than 10% accounted for 36.14%, less than 20% accounted for 59.04%, less than 30% accounted for 69.88%, less than 50% accounted for 85.54%, overall prediction results are good, can be good to the forecast PM10 pollution concentration in Longyan City.This paper combined meteorological, topographical, geological and other factors, analyzed and evaluated the factors which impact on PM10 concentrations in Longyan City, established and tested prediction model of PM10 concentrations by using the main factors, mastered the air pollution and diffusion mechanism in Longyan City, provided a more intuitive scientific basis, To further control by ecological methods,proposed integrated control of air pollution strategies and measures to improve the quality of atmospheric environment in Longyan City.
