Fly ash is an industrial solid waste, plenty of researches about development and utilization were carried out home and abroad. This paper studies preparing poly aluminum chloride (PAC) using high alumina fly ash of Pingzhuang, and defines the process technology route of PAC preparation using high-alumina fly ash.In the study on activating fly ash,first useing the mechanical activation method,smashes 100g sample for 2min every time, the sample size reaches 200 mesh,the screening percentage is 90%; Secondly, chooses the soda sintering method, and determines the best activating parameters:soda:fly ash=1.5/1,the best temperature and time is 850℃and 90min respectively. Adopts the orthogonal experiment method in leaching experiment, testes the Al2O3 content and basicity of samples and calculates the Al2O3 leaching rate, then defines the best condition:temperature 90℃;time 3h;the ratio 4ml/L.The experimental results comparison of water treatment effects shows : the treatment effect in turbidity and CODMn of PAC got from experiment is better than saled PAC, has a broad application prospects.
