The greenhouse gas emission has resulted in global warming, seawater acidification and other effects. We investigated the toxicities of two kinds of common contaminations:heavy metal copper (Cu) and tributyltin (TBT) on marine zooplanktons:Schmackeria poplesia, Calanus sinicus and Brachionus plicatilis in different acidities, temperatures and salinities. The toxicities of copper and TBT on S. poplesia adult and larval development were studied. We used the acute toxicity test and found out 72h-LC50 value of copper on S. poplesia was 558μgL-1 and 96h-LC50 value of TBT on S. poplesia was 0.42μgL-1. According to the acute toxicity test, the effects of different acidities(pH7.8, pH7.5 and pH7.2) to the toxicity of copper and the effects of different salinities(15,25 and 35) to the toxicity of TBT were investigated. pH has no significant effect on the toxicity of copper under the tested pH(P>0.05). S. poplesia is more sensitive to the TBT in salinity 15 and 35 than salinity 25(P<0.05).The experiment used 1 comparison and 5 TBT concentrations to research the chronic toxicity of TBT on S. poplesia larval development. The result shows:S. poplesia larva is very sensitive to the TBT(P<0.05), 10μTBT L-1can reduce the survival rate (P<0.05) and delay the metamorphosis(P<0.05).The toxicities of copper and TBT on C. sinicus:effects of environmental factors. 96h-LC50 of copper is 84.65μgL-1 and 96h-LC50 of TBT is 1.59μgL-1.According to the acute toxicity test, the effects of different acidities(pH7.8, pH6.8), temperatures(12℃,20℃) and salinities(25,32 and 40) to the toxicity of copper and TBT were investigated. pH reduces 1 has not significant effect on the toxicities of copper and TBT(P>0.05). Temperature rises from 12℃to 20℃can enhance the lethal rate(P<0.05). Salinity 25 and 40 have not obvious difference with regular salinity(P>0.05). We investigated the lethal effects of copper and TBT to B. plicatilis under the influence of environmental factors.96h-LC50 value of copper and TBT on B. plicatilis were 119.53μgL-1 and 1.40μgL-1 respectively. pH drops from 7.8 to 6.8, salinity enhances 8 or reduces 7 have not significant effect on the toxicities of coppe and TBT(P>0.05). Temperature increases 8℃will increase the lethal rate of copper and TBT significantly(P<0.05).
