The polyester-polyester diols waterborne polyurethane dispersion was prepared by prepolymerization in this paper. And the performance of polyurethane-acrylate(PUA) dispersion was prepared by acrylic ester modified polyether-polyester diols polyurethane.The binder of ink was used by this emulsion.Its various properties of PUA based ink were achieved to the performance requirements and analysis on the ink viscosity, gloss and other influencing factors. The main tasks of this paper embrace the following three aspects:The reaction condition was determined and the ratio of -NCO/-OH, the ratio of polyether-polyester diols,the effects of carboxyl content,the crosslinker content, Influence of the neutralization degree,the reaction temperature,the reaction time and shear ratio on the properties of emulsion and adhesive were researched. The optimal synthesis parameters of the polyester-polyester diols waterborne polyurethane are that the temperature of pre-polymerization reaction is 65℃,the time is 120 min;the chain extenderreaction time is 150min at about 78℃;the temperature of neutralization reaction is 20 min at about 30~35℃when the shear ratio is 1500~2300r/min.The ratio of -NCO/-OH was 1.13~1.27,the ratio of polyether-polyester diols was 25/75~35/65,the carboxyl content was 1.7~2.0%.The content of crosslinker is 1~2%. The category of neutralizer was TEA and the degree of neutralizer is 100~110%.The reaction condition acrylic ester monomer modified polyether-polyester polyurethane, the reaction conditions, initiator, buffer, polyacrylate (PA) concentration and monomer ratio on polyurethane acrylate (PUA ) emulsion and film properties.The conditon of acrylic polyurethane emulsion process parameters: temperature 80~85℃, the initiator concentration of 0.45%, an appropriate amount of buffer, stirring rate of 300~500r/min, PA monomer reactants 18~28% of its monomer: hydroxyethyl methacrylate esters(HEMA) in the dosage of 1.9~2.4%, BA(butyl acrylate) of the amount of 8.8~10.0%, methyl methacrylate ester(MMA) amount of 9.6~11.1%, Lauryl acrylate (LA) content was 4.0%, PUA film-forming temperature is 100 and time 130 minutes. Study mechanical stability force, temperature, pH value on the acrylic polyurethane hybrid emulsion stability.To polyether polyurethane, polyester polyurethane, polyether- polyester polyurethane and acrylic polyurethane formulation of the four types of ink and performance test. The results show that the PUA-based ink has excellent adhesion and moisture fastness wear resistance, and discuss the impact of water-based ink viscosity and gloss factor.
