With the enhancing awareness of environment protection, environmental logistics became the trend of the industry. Old industrial mode with high consumption and high emission can't be accepted now. Seeking and development of effective replace mode are the keys by every industry. Particularly in the paper industry, developing and utilization high yield pulps is a way ,which can solve the problem of shortage of wood material and environment pollution. In recently, the study on high yield pulps has already more and more deep into papermaking industry. It was found that high yield pulps has problems of low dyeing efficiency and serious fine fibers erosion during making various paper process. This is a waste of resources for high yield pulpsm ,If this one problem is couldn't get solve. This thesis discusses the influence on the retention and drainage effect from key factors with respect to the dual system made from the self-made cationic guar gum (CGG) and the self-made modified bentonite in an effort to improve the retention and drainage effect to high yield pulps. This thesis studies the dual system from cationic guar gum/modified bentonite on the retention and drainage of high yield pulps and the factors that influence the retention and drainage effect of the dual system and compares it with cationic guar gum singular system before coming to the conclusion that the best retention and drainage effect will be provided when 0.2% modified bentonite and 0.25% cationic guar gum are used together, far better than when cationic guar gum is used alone. The article introduces preprocessing of Cottonwood BCTMP and softwood BCTMP,they were sieved by the way of Bauer-McNett classifier method,DDJ sieving method, the sieving result was evaluated through FQA.Stady on the curve of dye up-take rate, and the dyeing affinity of direct dyes on fine fibers ,during different technical conditions. it also carried out evaluation in thermodynamics and kinetics of dyeing, The research is very useful for providing theoretical evidence for the fine fiber. In this article, Raw materials is made from a mix of softwood chemical pulp and a small amount of poplar chemimechanical pulp.Paper hue has been adjusted by addition of fluorescent brightener and direct blue, produce high-degree of high-quality offset printing paper. Researched on beating degree, temperature ,pH, contact time, the ratio and the amount of dyes, etc,and these influential factors had impact of the paper white and the value of Lab. Optimal operating condition was received. The main conditions were as follows: Determine the amount of the APB-L Brightener is 2.0 percent;beating degrees of 50 oSR; temperature of 40 oC; pH value of 8.5; contact time of 55 min; amount of dye for0.02%; dyestuff ratio for 0.8/1 (violet palette / direct blue ).
