Lanthanide-doped luminescent materials possess evident visible luminescence because havening characters of low intensity of lines, long fluorescence lifetime, linear shape. So, result in comprehensive application in display and illumination. Moreover, have great potentials in the field of solar cells, anticounterfeiting, measure, and luminescent communication applications dueing to large numbers of penetrating atmosphere and luminescent fines in Near-Infrared range. Developing new synthetic technologies and new luminescent properties for these nanomaterials is very important to both fundamental research and practical application.Surrounding the preparation of Lanthanide-doped luminescent materials and luminescent properties, this dissertation presents a systematic research about their preparation, characterization and application.Based on the solvothermal strategy, The PAA functionalized YF3:Yb3+/Er3+ nanospheres were fabricated One-Pot and possess of strong Near-Infrared upconversion Luminescence. Thereafter, the characterizations of the as-prepared nanospheres were carried out with SEM, TEM, XRD, FTIR, SAED technologies, as well as fluorescence spectroscopy. Moreover, prove the mechanism of upconversion luminescence. The nanomaterials possess strong Near-Infrared upconversion Luminescence which is good for the next bioapplications. With the solvothermal technology, our researched systemically doped-concentration, reaction time, kinds of surfactants effect on the shape, size, luminescent properties of the YF3:Yb3+/Er3+ nanocrystals. So, we got the conclusion that surfactants, reaction time, doped-concentration effected on the properties of YF3:Yb3+/Er3+ nanocrystals. The Y2O3:Eu3+ nanospheres were preparated by thermal deposition method with oleic acid and oleic amine for solvents. And the characterizations of the as-prepared nanospheres were carried out with TEM, XRD, FTIR, technologies together the photograph of strong red luminescence which is good for the bioapplications under ultraviolet radiation.
