Study On The Preparation Of Functionalized Vegetable Oil And It's Foaming Materials

In this paper, at first, the transgenic soybean oil was functionalized. The maleinized hydroxylated oil (HO/MA) was synthesized from the transgenic soybean oil by functional reactions. The cross-linking & curing reaction of the HO/MA were realized in the presence of initiator DCP. The novel type of vegetable oil-based foaming materials was prepared with the addition of foaming system.The biodegradation behavior of curing materials and foaming materials from the AESO,ECO and MT were investigated by measure CO2 production. The functional vegetable oil growing media was prepared with the addition of foaming system 1,2 and 3 in the presence of filler. The physical & chemical properties of growing media and the effect on vegetable were studied also.By means of the all study mentioned above, it could be given the best HO/MA formulation for the preparation of HO/MA:maleic anhydride is 15%, B is 1.7%. The mixture was reacted at 80℃for 2h. The HO/MA foaming material could be prepared with the aid of the initiator DCP. AC is 20% of oil system. Curing temperature is 180℃for the foaming system 4.With increase in content of initiator DCP the density first decrease then increase. The cure degree, resilience, dimensional variation ratio and compression stressth always with increase in content of initiator DCP. SEM pictures show that the foaming material is superior with the aid of DCP which is 1.5% of oil system. Three types of HO/MA oil can be gained by changing the content of B and maleic anhydride.The properties of foaming material from three type HO/MA oil have been compared. The results showed foaming material from priority type HO/MA is better.The curing materials and foaming materials from the AESO, ECO and MT have been certain biodegradable. With the three functional oils, growing media were prepared in the presence of filler and three type foaming system. The growing media prepared by the better formulations were used to plant maidenhair and observe the growth of them.It could be given the best formulation for the growing media:organic-inorganic filler system is a mixture of bagasse, Z, F, H and sand, the humus volume is 20% of all fillers. The total amount of filler is moderate in its dosage, oil system is ECO+MT, the dosage of foaming system 2 is 5% of the total oil, the curing temperature is 185℃and time is 25min.
