Environmental pollution is severely threatened the human being, prevention and control of pollution has became an important role of the governmental routine duties. At the meantime of enviromental control, make a good use of pollutant as resource, alter the useless to useful, not only the enviroment would be improved, but also obtained the utility value of the resource. This research subject is subsidiary to the DianChi lake control project held by DaDi Co. KunMing, refer to the separation and utility of blue algae.Present state of eutrophia and blue algae pollutino in the domestic inner waters are illustrated in this paper. According to the character of blue algae, such as tenuous, with air-pocket, easy to rising and condensation, coagulate-gas flotation method is adopt to increase the surface concentration of blue algae. Meanwhile, further concentration to the gathering blue algae can be excuted, and make complex utilization to the separated blue algae.The experiment indicated that:(1)In the gas-flotation test, it is found that the influence of test duration to the content of CODcr,ammonia nitrogen,TP,algae is comparatively obvious, when the gas-flotation test duration reach 20 min, the removal ratio can take the best effect.(2)The influence factor of coagulate-gas flatation experiment indicated that, when the polymerization AlC1 apothecaries is 40mg/L, which is the optimal apothecaries, the removal ratio of the content of CODcr,ammonia nitrogen,TP,algae is separatly 52.64%,94.21%,88.70%,90.70%.The best conditions of Polymerization AlCl coagulate test are as the following:the temperature is 15—30℃; PH is 6—8; rabbling process is 2 mins' fast,5 mins's slow,then stewing and deposition.As the polymerization AlCl apothecaries is less than 40mg/L, the remainder aluminum would not overproof.(3)The coagulate-gas flatation experiment result revealed that the recovery effect of proposed test is comparatively good. Refer to the available water specimen, the post-treated yielding water can reached theⅣlevel standard which specified in "Quality Standard of Surface Water Environment" (GB3838-2002). The water can be used in the field of agriculture and landscape, satisfied the irrigation of lower river, KunMing.(4)Two ways on the blue algae complex utilization are presented, one is methane power generation, the other one is green organic fertilizer of landscape plant.
