In the course of industrial production and manufacturing, most of the machines have spherical parts. And the roundness errro of these spherical parts directly affect the machines work. As the development of aciation and aerospace industries,the spherical parts must have very high precision,so high precision measurement and evaluation of roundness error is of great significance.First of all, the commonly used method of roundness error measurement and evaluation methods are introduced. Then compile corresponding evaluation methods' procedures,and verify its correctness. Then simulate and analyses the difference of four roundness error evaluation methods when datas have different precision.The traditional way about roundness measurement by using roundness measuring instrument,and remould roundness measuring instrument hyq-041 to built virtual roundness measuring meter. Full use the soferware filtering and data processing of virtual instrument.then according to the actual measuring model, establish the roundness error measuring model and introducing error model that maybe appeared in the process of measurement.also use matlab to program corresponding procedures,and then analyzing how the introducing error affect on roundness measurement. And the results of virtual roundness measuring meter demonstrate that this virtual machine get certain precision.Detailed introduces the roundness error separation technique.based on theoretical analysis of multi-orientataion method and multi-probe method,analysis how harmonic control exist in roundness error separation technique. Simultaneously according to the error separation technique of actual implementation steps and theory, comparison and analysis accuracy and disadvantages of each roundness error separation technique And verification error separation technique can obtain higher precision measurement error through experiment.Combining the reverse method and multi-probe roundness error separation technique, proposed a new roundness error separation technique. analysis and derivation the feasibility of this new method. modeling and simulate based on matlab accroding to the actual measuring model and theory. Analysis how the possible factors affect on this new method according to the simulation results. also the simulation results can be a guide for the experiment.and can help processing needed experiment device.Finally verified the ability to improve the precision of roundness errror of this new roundness separationg method by experiments.
