While the introduction of the relevant functional groups also can enhance the antimicrobial activity. However, due to high molecular weight chitosan and hydrogen bonds, leading to strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, making the poor solubility of chitosan, a serious impact on a wide range of applications.Guanidines with thermal stability and antimicrobial properties of long-lasting antibacterial properties of textiles, clothing to meet the requirements of the health and comfort, the antimicrobial agent has great development potential, widely used in medical, agricultural protection, food and daily necessities, etc; In this paper, the introduction of a single chitosan guanidine group, acombination of chitosan and the biological activity of guanidine-based polymer, not only improves the water solubility of chitosan, low molecular weight guanidine also solve the shortcomings of instability.Micromave irradiation is a range from 0.3-300GHz frequency electromagnetic wave radiation, the corresponding wavelength range 1cm-1m. It can be some of the material such as water, carbon, rubber, food, wood, wet paper material to absorb, resulting in very efficient realtime deep heating (internal heating), so that some organic reactions under microwave are faster than traditional. The method has several times the number of times or even thousands of times to increase, the maximum can be increased to 1240 times. With the development of science and technology, people made the textile materials, processing new and higher requirements. Uniform, fast, energy saving, pollution-free and efficient way of processing have become endeavors. Microwave processing of various textile materials are more and more attention. In the field of dyeing and finishing of textiles have shown a growing range of applications.For the above reasons, this research used thiourea dioxide, modification of chitosan guanidine prepared chitosan guanidine hydrochloride alone, of reaction time, reaction temperature, pH, chitosan sugar, urea and sulfur trioxide feed ratio on the yield, the use of L9 (34) orthogonal test to determine the best synthesis. By IR, NMR and elemental analysis of the products were characterized and guanidine substitution test. Preparation is simple and convenient, the use of microwave technology on wool fabric finishing, study a variety of processing conditions on the antibacterial effect of wool fabrics, washing resistance,mechanical strength of the effect. The main research work are as follows:1. Chitosan and thiourea dioxide were synthesized from a single water-soluble chitosan guanidine hydrochloride, a single factor and orthogonal experimental results show that the optimum conditions were:chitosan and AMSO ratio of urea 1:2, reaction temperature is 55℃, reaction time is 1h, reaction pH 7. Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus on the minimum inhibitory concentrations were:1.2mg/mL and 1.0mg/mL.2. Microwave finishing process applied to wool fabrics guanidine hydrochloride, to study various process conditions on the antibacterial effect of wool obtained chitosan guanidine hydrochloride on a single best finishing process of wool fabric The results show that:the hydrogen peroxide pretreated wool fabric, the amout of antibacterial agent in10g/L, critric acid as crosslinking agent for the 10g/L under the condition of two rolling through two dip (rolling80%), microwave power 400W,2min wool fabrics obtained the best antibacterial effect and washability. AATCC61-2A in accordance with the standard washing 4 times, the inhibition value is still 3.9; One of chitosan guanidine hydrochloride and chitosan finish wool fabric antibacterial activity were compared, the results show that chitosan guanidine hydrochloride single antimicrobial finishing of wool fabric is far greater than chitosan antibacterial finishing of wool fabrics, and better wash-ability. |
