This thesis"analysis on mixing ratio and performance of thin antistatic worsted fabrics"was written according to the participate in one subtopics of the science andtechnique plan projects of henan province (No. 082102280018) which topic was "Design and development on the W/S /P thin and mixed serge".This paper proposed it was one of the most important tasks to bring about the updating and upgrading of the wool product by diversified raw material and make full use of natural fibers, modified wool and the properties functional fiber, and adopt composite textile technology, in the sustainable development of wool spinning industry under the reality enviroment that lighten and functionality became the development tendency in wool product.The critical technical issues, static electricity which produced easyly during producting and dressing of light and thin material would affect the comfort and style, were worked over in this paper.Below the premise that economy was practical, two products of W/S /P thin and mixed serge in same specifications but in different mixed ratio, were designed and manufactured. Antistatic method, antistatic materials, the best mixed ratio, the evenly blending technology in the low ratio of material, antistatic performance and style performance testing and analysis, were researched in this paper, and the design of blending wool in low ratio of antistatic fiber, the evenly blending technology and the comparison test of antistatic performance were mainly discussesed. The reasonable blending ratio at 0.5% of organic conductive fiber was determined, and the design of mix was optimized that could make the organic conductive fiber give full play to the antistatic by evenly distributed in yarns. The requirements in anti-static was attained and the functionality of the product was developed by the research.The products have been under the mass production already, and sold to Jiangsu, Guangdong and other regions, and some was exported. This project according with the requirement of the Structural adjustment in textile industry, and have an certain practical significance in the improving of the grade of textile fabrics and competition ability of enterprise and the promoting in technical progress in Henan province.
