With coal, oil and gas reserves being exhausted, looking for effective way to solve the problem of energy crisis has become an urgent major issue. Catalytic combustion is considered one of the most effective ways to solve this problem, catalytic combustion is fuel in catalyst surface oxidation reaction, and completly infrared radiation way releases energy. By lowering reaction temperature that maintain combustion reaction required, saving the fuel burning energy of combustion reaction itself can reach above 20%. Catalyst selectivity restrain effectively generating poisonous or harmful substances, and basically do not or seldom produce NOx, CO and HC pollutants.The activity of noble metal combustion catalyst is best, but heat-resisting performance is poor, high temperature sintering easily make it lose activity, and its cost is high, thus its use is greatly restricted in Civil。In this paper Ce, La of rare earth elements instead of noble metals catalytic active ingredients generate CexZryOm crystallology, and adding a amount of Cu improve activity and reduce the cost of production. Application of sol-gel,precipitation, immersion method,and the overall catalyst immersion coating method, produced CexZryLazOm, CexZryLazOm and CuO/AL2O3/CexZryLazOm overall catalyst, by XRD, TEM and TG-DTA, SEM methods detecting, research the influence of the preparation process parameters of catalysts, and analysis catalyst resultant crystals phase. Research shows that:Different preparation methods on catalyst resultant crystals phase has a great influence, three preparation methods of citric acid sol-gel, precipitation and immersion compare, the method of citric acid sol-gel-immersion produce phase with high-temperature stability. The catalyst of CexZryLazOm produce resultant crystals phase of CexZryOm crystallology when La is less than 0.3. To the catalyst of CuO/CexZryLazOm, Cu increasing and Zr decreasing will make catalyst easy sintered. To the catalyst of CuO/AL2O3/CexZryLazOm, the crystallization temperature of AL2O3 has very big effect on the crystallization temperature of the catalyst of CuO/AL2O3/CexZryLazOm, When Catalyst coats to porous ceramics, quantity of cement and water and dry way has great impact on coating effect.
