The production efficiency of coal mine lies in the mechanization level.Currently,the coal mining technology is developing to comprehensive mechanized mining.It is the fully mechanized coal mining equenpment successful fit that determines whether the fully mechanized coal mining face can produce successfully and achive high yield and high efficiency.So the research on fully mechanized coal mining equenpment fit and matching methode plays an important role on the improving of coal production efficiency and economic benefit.At present,the schemes of fully mechanized coal mining equenpment fit are almost formulated based on the wokers'experience and the useing schemes.Then the equenpment is preselected and put into production and test.This methode is very inefficient.Furthermore,the coal mining face conditions are complex and changeable.It is hard to decide whether the selected scheme or modification scheme is feasible.It is also difficult to reflect whether the equipment has interference or performs well visually and comprehensively.The paper explores a new method of equipment matching for the fully mechanized coal mining face.VP techniques, which is the new technology for design and manufacture in nowadays,is used to match the fully mechanized coal mining equipment dynamically.The new method helps to achive dynamic prediction, safety and interference test and others on the matching and operation of fully mechanized coal mining equipment.The production process of fully mechanized coal mining face will be quicken greatly.In this paper,the structure and working principle of fully mechanized coal mining equipment are studied.The paper alse analyses the matching principle of Shearer,hydraulic support and armored face conveyor,namely "three machines", which are the key equipment of fully mechanized coal mining face.The paper simplifies the"three machines" structure according to the research purpose Firstly.Then the paper establishes the three-dimensional simplified entity model of the"three machines"parts using UG NX.In the assembly environment of UG NX,the"three machines"assembly 3D modle and matching model are established.By the use of this models,not only the interference and rationality of assembly and matching of the"three machines"can be detected but also the geometry size agreement of the"three machines"can be judged directely,as well as the characteristic dimensions can be got.In addition,the optimal 3D matching model determined at last can be changed into 2D engineering graphics that can be used to guide the redesign of the"three machines".The paper achives the motion simulation of the fully mechanized coal mining equipment,simulating the independent and matching motions of Shearer,hydraulic support and armored face conveyor.In the simulation environment some parameter values that is uncertain with conventional matching method can be got correctly by adding load to the equipment and the stress situation of analog devices.With the motion simulation,the paper researches whether the selected devices can meet the requirements on size agreement,production capacity and fitting.The paper focus on the comprehensive analysis and verification on the fitting of the"three machines", supply ing a new way for the parameter determination of the"three machines" fitting.Owing to the new matching method,the matching of fully mechanized coal mining equipment can be more and more intuitive and correct,effectively improving the coal enterprise work efficiency and reducing the human,material,especially time input on the"three machines"matching.The method that recesrches the fully mechanized coal mining face equipments fit with VP techniques in the paper is also suitable for other industry equipment matching work.It will be the main method for equipment matching and plays a key role in reducing cost,improving economic benefits for the enterprises.
