There exists defects such as high sintering temperature, low in density and in strength in preparation of lanthanum chromium. The paper dedicated to improve the faults by optimizing the preparation process with solid-phase of lanthanum chromite. A study had been carried on optimizing its physical properties and performance by doping other compounds.It was used normaly as the preperation process that using buried powder sintering to improve chrome componentofchromic acid lanthanated powder which is volatiled easliy, But buried in powder sintering of powders with high requirements,expensive and not conducive to economic efficiency. The research had found that Vacuum sintering process can not only improve powder sintering performance, but reduce the sintering temperature, which chromium acid lanthanated powder that can be sufficiently solid-phase reaction at 800℃.XRD analysis shows that, under the 1,450℃mixed calcium chromium acid synthesis(La0.9Ca0.1CrO3) powder crystal structure reasonable, is superior to other powders, and the granularity of powder is uniformity,which is the expection of the study.A study on the doped with calcium chromic acid lanthanated crystal conductivity suggests,crystal conductivity with temperature is same as multilinear change,linear resistance of room temperature to 330℃,linear resistance of room temperature from 330℃to 720℃,and linear resistance of room temperature above 720℃,and resistance with temperature down sharply,which suggest crystal has the properties of superior conductivity and stable rated resistance properties at high temperatures,so that the material can be applied to oxidizing environment of heating elements.The research shows that between 330℃and 720℃the reason ofthe change of resistance is that La0.9Ca0.1CrO3 crystal lattice material appeared Cr volatile cause the distortion of the phase changed.The research shows that: at the high pressure of 98MPa and the temperature of 1,450℃without pressure and vacuum sintering, can manufacture the reasonable of structure crystal, high temperature conductivity excellent mixed with calcium chromic acid lanthanated crystal materials,the molding pressure increased is helpful for crystal density, and add proper molding agent for crystal density uniformity.The study also found that sintering La0.9Ca0.1CrO3 crystal materials have a certain body of collapsibility, the mechanism remains to be further studied.
