With the development of the society,the pesticide production is charged with more and more pressure from entironment, energy and security, and faces both a big opportunity and a great challenge. Agro-oil-in-water emulsions developped quickly in the last few years because it could fit the need of water solution pesticide agent producing. But the emulsion is an unstable system of multi-disperded phases, and its stabilization mechanism is complex. On the base of the research of Haloxyfop-R-methyl emulsion oil in water, the influence factors of agro-oil-in-water emulsions stabilization mechanisms and the rheological properties were studied. The following aspects were studied in this thesis:1. The OP-10P was selected by different screening experiments in which the solvent was toluene, cyclohexanone, and biodiesel respectively. And OP-10P was the best emulsifier of Haloxyfop-R-methyl emulsion oil in water2. The effects of emulsifier dosage and organic solvent dosage on the stability of were studied by average particle size measurement and heat storage experiment. The results showed that the stability of the emulsions was different with different emulsifiers, and the emulsion prepared with 6% OP-10P was the most stable. The best dosage of toluene was 12%. The stability of haloxyfop-R-methyl emulsion could be effected by the kind and the dosage of emulsifier and the organic solvent.3. The rheology of Haloxyfop-R-methyl emulsion oil in water was measured with the viscometer, and the fluence of the dosage of Haloxyfop-R-methyl, emulsifier and solvent, the kind of solvent, temperature and the ion concentration (Ca2+, Na2+) on the rheology of Haloxyfop-R-methyl EW was studied too. The results showed that: the dosage of Haloxyfop-R-methyl effected the fluid type of emulsion, when it was low, the emulsion was pseudoplastic fluid, and when it was more than 40%, the pseudoplasticity dispersed; the dosage of OP-10P could effect the viscosity and the structural strength of the Haloxyfop-R-methyl EW; the rheology of Haloxyfop-R-methyl EW was hardly effected by the kind of solvent; when the solvent was toluene, the structural strength of the Haloxyfop-R-methyl EW became stronger with the dosage of toluene became more, and the emulsion kept its pseudoplasticity; when the temperature was higher than 50℃, the structure of the Haloxyfop-R-methyl EW changed, the pseudoplasticity dispersed; the high-concentration of ion concentration could seriously effected the rheology of the Haloxyfop-R-methyl EW.
