In order to understand the electromagnetic radiation of a city whether affect the normal life of residents and the city's future planning,so predict and assess the electromagnetic radiation has important practical significance.Currently, electromagnetic research mainly focus on the source of radiation,the radi-ation standards and evaluation.The electromagnetic radiation sources of the city generally is base stations, high-voltage equipment,which always have influence on the living envi-ronment of surrounding residents;In view of the actual situation,our country has the corre-sponding electromagnetic radiation standards.《电ç£è¾å°„防护规定》and other standards have many applications,which can differentiate very well by radiation electromagnetic en-vironment level;now the environmental pollution evaluation methods mainly are:The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,Index evaluation method,Grey relational comprehen-sive evaluation method and Matter-element analysis.This paper carries on the comparative analysis of these methods,then summarize discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each evaluation method.Fuzzy kriging method is a good estimation method.This paper put this method applied to urban electromagnetism pollution evaluation aspects,and estimate the field strength.Define membership functions as follow Based on the fuzzy kriging: The unknown point can be predicted the electric field intensity, the variance is defined as follow(?)According to the nature of matter,The probability of electromagnetic pollution city isUsing the electromagnetic environment capacity of evaluation model of the estimates of the electromagnetic capacity, the formulas are with A:Electromagnetic radiation protection limits;B:Electromagnetic radia tion environment condition level;x:Development fixed number of year(year);a:Electromagnetic radiation sources years rate of growth.This paper take the environment of Changchun city for example,mesh point method first used by the monitoring data to complete the Changchun City Spatial distribution of Electric field intensity,and find the most serious area of radiation,investigation of that radiation is that the existence of mobile base stations near,Obtain the following conclusions:1,Based on fuzzy kriging, taking membership function: then generation into(2)-(5),the predicted data is obtained,based on (6) the mean square de- viation is MSE=0.0138,from the above we can know that the fuzzy Kring can get predict data with little MES.2,Based on risk analysis theory,then because of (7),we known that the risk probability related withμandσ, and whenμsmaller,σhigher, the risk the greater the probability that the greater the probability of electromagnetic pollution generated,also the more radiation sources for a long time, the greater the probability of electromagnetic pollution,In summary, Changchun City is safe at this stage of electromagnetic radiation, no health risks to resi-dents.Assuming the growth rate of electromagnetic radiation is 6%, into (8) derived in the next 29 years, Changchun City of electromagnetic radiation is safe.3,Through the study of electromagnetic environment of Changchun, and view of our country at present the electromagnetic radiation standards then verify the effectiveness of the model,which basis for the future electromagnetic environment management theoretical.This method also provided the feasible basis for the other aspects of the other aspects of electro-magnetic.This paper through the predication and risk analysis,verify the validity of a model ,which make the foundation for the future urban electromagnetic environment,While provide the feasible basis for the other aspects of the investigation and study about electromagnetic radiation. |
