This paper bases on the trend of current growing complexity cement system and cement multiple modified grinding aids technology, the influences of three alcohols and alcohol amines aids (EG, TEA and TIPA) on different cements mechanical properties are mainly investigated. The research results indicate that each monomer has obvious enhancement on the different kind of Portland cement while the single mixed between 0.01 and 0.04%, in what EG and TEA can increase all hydration phases strength of Portland Cement and Ordinary Portland Cement while TIPA significantly enhances the late phase strength; for various and plentiful composites, the influences of the three monomers on cement strength are more dominant which manifests the monomers can effectively activate the potential activity of admixture; With researching on the particle characteristics of Portland Cement with different grinding aids and different mixed quantities, we can find that the grinding aids can decrease the amount of ultra-fine (83μm) cement particles. Combining with the influence pattern of internal or external mixing way of grinding aids monomers, it demonstrates that these monomers has relative physical-chemical promotion effect on the process of cement hydration, besides the mechanical active property on cement grinding procedure.Through the means and methods of heat of hydration rate, chemical combined water, XRD and SEM, this paper studies the influence of different grinding aids on the hydration procedures of clinker minerals, C3S and C3A. the results indicate that:①EG, TEA and TIPA can pull down the 1d hydration heat of C3S, which proves that all they can delay the hydration of C3S, especially that TEA has an clear deferred effect on the phase hydration of C3S, and causes the total hydration velocity reduction in accord. After 1 d, EG and TIPA can obviously promote the hydration of C3S, and lasts steadily, which makes the minerals'hydration structure better and better that coincides with the Portland Cement hydration strength rule;②In C3A-CaSO4-H2O system, each monomer could boost C3A's 1d hydration heat increase, the influence of EG on C3A is the worst while the influence of TEA is the biggest, however, all they can accelerate the early phase hydration of C3A. EG mainly activates C3A hydration after Id, then gives a promotion to turn hydrated calcium aluminate into AFt, which forms the basic hydration structure, alcohol amines aids (TEA and TIPA) have an earlier stimulative influence on C3A hydration and AFt formation, after 3d hydration, the three appear the similar effect on AFt to AFm transformation, this manifests that through grinding aids monomers all have the common property of promoting distraction, they play different roles affecting C3A hydration in different phase, and then improve the relevant hydration structure.
