The research on the rebound of high strength steel is one of important projects for the forming of automotive body sheets. The use of high strength steel has showed positive side, but new problems also derived during punch forming. Take DP 780 as the example, DP780 is one of the dual phase steel with understanding yield and tensile strength, but the springkback after forming is one of biggest headache problem. The springkback can reduce the accuracy of parts and worsen forming performance.The shape of Longeron rear board is Lateral bending, it will be transformed into shallow deduced. and pull delay after added More technology sprinkback is a common problem during sheet forming, especially during the process of bend and stretching. Therefore, intensive study and effectual predict and control are necessary. Reference showed that final shape is an accumulation effect from entire forming process. The accumulation includes mechanical property of sheet, forming performance and the shape of the part. Many research showed, the punch forming of high strength steel is closely related to forming process, model structure and friction, so, the control of three showed factors is the key point of research of springkback control.The paper expound the simulation analysis of forming technics and defects. Use Dynaform to analysis the forming and springkback of part model, by using FLD, thickness scattergram to analysis forming situation, and obtain the springkback situation, observe springkback area and find the reason. By analyzing the data before and after springkback, we can try to add socket according to the shape and performance of the material, for example, add dabber to both end of part to limit the springkback. After modified, we import the model to the Dynaform, the result satisfy the forming requirement. Then we calculate the springkback degree of part by analyzing the model. By times of improvement, the rebound has been reduced by 45%, which is in accordance with design and assembly requirement.
