In recent years, Our coal mine underground decorate the number of the heavy seciton tunnel more and more, Its support issues are becoming increasingly show, especially in deep soft rock high stress area and decorate the heavy seciton tunnel, roadway will be higher stress surroundings, easy occurrence of roadway overwhelmed by destroying phenomenon. Based on the study of the PoHuaiXing big seciton tunnel collapsed deformation and stress characteristics of the foundation, PoHuaiXing tunnels to overwhelm characteristics define, summarizes the cause deep large sections of the surrounding rock unstable factors. Using FLAC3D numerical simulation software, a village by tectonic stress affect strong coal and causing havoc up two coal transport helicopter cavern part two big seciton tunnel as the research object, analyses the roadway supporting schemes damage and failure reason, simulated under in different supporting parameters of surrounding rock displacement and stress distribution size, preliminary sure anchor (cable) supporting parameter. On-site monitoring show that the design of optimization scheme supporting effect is good, wallrock deformation has been effectively controlled, realize the roadway large sections once into lane, a supporting excavated anticipated target of success.
