This essay, according to the present status of large-scale biogas slurry is great, ecological compensation for the biogas slurry by irrigation can't load.And use distant energy-intensive transportation mode construction unit cann't endure; If emissions at random.not only produce secondary pollution but also damage the environment.Adopt with biogas slurry culture Spirulina platensis deep treatment of wastewater,biogas slurry contains rich nutrients,algae in photosynthesis,through the adsorption, degradation of nitrogen and phosphorus in biogas slurry such organisms, In the meanwhile, harvest Spirulina platensis can make the emissions of water can achieve emissions standards.This study aimed at promoting the sustainable development of the biogas, accelerating the construction of ecological agriculture, also is a low cost choice for sewage treatment.This paper taking Spirulina platensis as the research object.mainly to the Spirulina platensis application in wastewater tertiary treatment for a basic application research, conclusions were obtained as follows:Culture medium screening tests reveals that the Zarrouk medium is superior to BGM medium.Single factor experiment reveals that when temperature is 30℃Spirulina platensis growing fastest;when light illumination is 4000Lux biomass Spirulina platensis is more than light illumination for 2000 Lux or 6000Lux.Resistance to sewage ability experiment of the Spirulina platensis is Proved that biogas slurry culture Spirulina platensis is feasible.in dilute when ratio for 1/10, Removal ratio of TN, TP, COD is more than 90% through cultivation Spirulina platensis.Through L9(34) multi-factor orthogonal experiment to determine the optimal processing conditions for Spirulina platensis deal with biogas slurry:Incubation time is 8d, pH value 9, Aeration time is 2h/d, add trace elements。Spirulina platensis removal of the biogas slurry with N,P,COD experiment At the best training conditions contrast in different N/P ratio.at the ratio for 10:1,TN removal rates is more than 80%,TP removal rates is more than 78%;the biogas slurry nutrient demand for Spirulina platensis can achieve the balance, the N,P,COD removal rates is ideal.
