Because of e-wasted recycling plant dismantling process will make some pollutants,the pollution of heavy metals in surrounding soil and organic compound pollution is worsening which has brought a significant effect on human life and caused a widespread concern. In this study, heavy metals (Pb,Zn,Cd) and organic pollutant BDE-209 compound pollution were systematically determined by Gas chromatography-mass spectrum(GC-MS) and atomic absorption spectrophotometer after pot experiments in glasshouse conducted to study the ecological characteristics of organic pollution and remediation in Sedum alfredii H system, The main results are as following,(1) The repairing effect of Sedum alfredii H on the heavy metals in combined pollution is preferably. Under different chemical additives, the absorption and collection for Sedum alfredii H from Pb,Zn,Cd are different. The contents were 252- 364mg/kg,17327-23713mg/kg, 1585-2550mg/kg, most of which can increase absorption effect of heavy metals remarkably. 2mmol/kg of TW80 added can get the best effect on the soil's Pb absorption for Sedum alfredii H, increasing 44.5% compared to additive-free control; 1mmol/kg of EDTA added at 45 days can get the best effect on the soil's Zn for Sedum alfredii H,increasing 17.8% compared to additive-free control; 2mmol/kg of SDBS added can get the best effect on soil's absorption for Sedum alfredii H, increasing 29.48% compared to additive-free control.(2) All sorts of chemical additives can effectively improve the soil content of available heavy metals, the main mechanism of which can promote the aborsption of Sedum alfredii H is to add the content of available heavy metals so then enhance the biovalidity of Sedum alfredii H.(3) All sorts of chemical additives except EDTA can effectively improve the soil content of BDE-209, lmmol/kg of EDTA added at 45 days can get the best effect on the soil's BDE-209 for Sedum alfredii H, removal rate at 29.6%, increasing 62.1% compared to additive-free control. Most of the chemical additives can strongly restrain the accumulation of BDE-209 for Sedum alfredii H, but lmmol/kg of SDBS added and lmmol/kg of SDBS added in 45 days can effectively enhance the absorption of Sedum alfredii H on BDE-209, uptake about 2mg/kg, increasing 29% compared to additive-free control.(4) The reduction of BDE-209 in soil is mainly due to the chemical additives which enhance the microbial degradation of BDE-209.(5) It is feasible that using the chemical additives Enhanced Remediation of heavy metal Pb, Zn, Cd and BDE-209 compound pollution.
