Spent ammoniacal etching solutions is printed circuit board industry produces important pollutants, and the PCB spent ammoniacal etching solutions contains a lot of copper. if processes improperly, not only produce pollution to the environment, but also caused serious waste of resources. Though the traditional processing method of spent etching solutions are many, many has shortcomings. therefore, this paper adopts new type of liquid membrane separation technology—HFSLM-SD for PCB alkaline etching wastewater resource recycling process, in order to achieve alkaline etching wastewater recycled and Cu2+ recovery purposes, this has the vital significance.First of all, the paper study the organic phase carrier as a key component of liquid membrane separation technology, and the carrier extraction efficiency directly affect the liquid membrane separation technology and mass transfer efficiency, so need to confirm the best extraction solvent as organic phase carrier. In this study, four agent types of copper extracting agent at extracting agent has been discussed. The results showed N910 extraction effection is better than another. And the real material liquid extraction experiment was studied by 80% N910+kerosene solution in the conditions of pH=9.5, the temperature of 25℃, (O/A) of 1:1, the extraction basic balance after oscillation 2min, and the copper concentration of the extractant reach 69.66g/L.Secondly, the paper based on the experiment of the extracting agent, using HFSLM-SD technology processing PCB alkaline etching wastewater. The results showed that the HFSLM-SD process effection was better, when N910+kerosene of 70%, the concentration of H2SO4 of 4mol/L, tube volume flow of 3L/h, shell volume flow of 3L/h, feed liquid of 200ml, strip phase of 600ml. Meanwhile, the feasibility of HFSLM-SD for the treatment of PCB spent ammoniacal etching solutions was analyzed, the results showed the experiment has reached the purposes of regeneration of etching wastewater and recovery of copper(Ⅱ).Lastly, based on the optimization of operating conditions studies of HFSLM-SD extraction of PCB spent ammoniacal etching solutions, analyses the extraction process.
