In recent years, Aluminum electrolytic industries in China almost adopt 300KA and above 300KA's Pre-baked slot Electrolytic technology. Presently, more and more 300KA,350KAand 400KA modern electrolytic aluminum plants were built in domestic. As application of 400KA electrolytic technology in Aluminum China LAN Zhou branch, the process for producing aluminum ask for high quality anodes. The preparation of the technical for producing anode is very important for one company's production cost and electrolytic level in technical. The preparation process of green anode has direct influence to the anode quality.This paper comminute with the actual production in Aluminum China LAN Zhou branch, though the research of the green anode production technology, the paper deeply discuss the optimization on the raw petroleum coke mixed. By analysising the negative pressure of the rotary kiln, we proposed the calcined technology optimized progress. At the same time,we had carried on many system optimization study, such as the treatment technology of polar residues,especially including prescription progress and kneading temperature,kneading power paste molding temperature etc.key indicators.The results indicate:according to the above optimized production, the quality of roast coke and rotary kiln's use-life can be improved obviously. At the same time, it also can reduce the usage amount of the asphalt and improve the stabilization and consecutiveness about the quality of the green anode, especially by improving the anodes scrap's quality can reduce cost of the Pre-bake anode effectively.
