With the rapid growth of China's economic construction of oil and natural gas, energydevelopment, especially natural gas project as a symbol of the natural gas pipeline networkconstruction, the demand for oil and gas transmission pipe has reached unprecedented heights.Strong demand for the manufacturing of welded steel, especially high-frequency resistancestraight seam welded steel pipe, have been an unprecedented development, contributed greatlyto China's large-scale equipment, pipe business transformation, promoted the production ofsteel and welded steel Technology, natural gas large diameter welded steel pipe made of thephysical quality has reached international advanced level. Welded steel pipe productioncapacity in China, manufacturing technology and equipment has been greatly improved.Welding temperature of high-frequency welding pipe is an important process parameters,the welding process is directly related to whether the normal build, and directly affect theweld quality. In traditional high-frequency welding process, welding temperature is observedonly by the operator and the manual adjustment of workers high-frequency power output toachieve power or welding speed, and therefore can not be guaranteed the quality of pipe.In the high-frequency welding pipe production process for real-time monitoring thetemperature, to improve the quality of welding has great significance. In order to obtain betterwelded pipe quality, it is one of the methods that maintain a stable temperature. It is ahigh-frequency welded pipe temperature monitoring system that combinated by thecolorimetric pyrometer for sensor and the LabVIEW software, and it can effectively detectand control temperature and stabilize the temperature within±30℃. Focused on the 4monitoring results, it can obtain2 categories factors affecting welded pipe temperaturemonitoring system, one needing improve the domestic units, another determining the softwareparameters.The paper also summarizes the high-frequency welded pipe and the Development ofinfrared temperature measurement at home and abroad, the basic theory of high-frequencywelded pipe, infrared thermometer and the basic principles of the theoretical basis, as well asthe normal temperature of the various infrared thermometer factors affecting the highfrequencywelded pipe weld given the quality of several factors. On the basis of theexperiment, collected for the analysis of the welding temperature, high frequency welded pipetemperature monitoring system of the factors, and suggest improvements recommendations.
