| From the 1960's, people began to the systematical research to silatrane and bicyclic phosphates, found that they are two kinds of caged compounds with good biological activities, this thesis will try to synthesize two kinds of double caged phosphorus and silicon compounds that have a double bond, using fumaroyl dichloride as a bridge.In chapter one, the research background and progress on synthesis, structure characteristics, toxicity and structure relations, biological activity of silatrane and bicyclic phosphates have been reviewed.In chapter two, the monohydroxyl bicyclic phosphates are synthesized, then the unreported double caged phosphorus compounds are synthesized through esterification reaction with fumaroyl dichloride. Their structures are comfirmed by'HNMR.In chapter three, using hydroxyl bicyclic phosphates and 1-(3-amino)propylsilatrane as main intermediates, through esterification and amidation reaction with fumaroyl dichloride, the double caged phosphorus and silicon compounds that has not yet reported are synthesized. Their structures are comfirmed by'HNMR.The double caged phosphorus compounds and the double caged phosphorus and sili con compounds are synthesized in this paper, especially introducing double bond to these two kinds of compounds. They have a potential ability as polymerization reactive to improve the properties of material, so this work has some groundbreaking and potential applications. |
