Reasearch And Application Of Synthesis Of α-Naphthol In Fixed-bed Catalytic Reactor

This thesis to solid superacid as catalyst toα-naphthylamine was synthesized fromα-naphthol.α-naphthol is an important industrial raw materials, mainly used in pesticide, medicine, dyes, spices and rubber antioxidant of the basic raw materials or intermediates and couplers color movie film. Solid superacid gradually is used in depth research and application in recent years, but most of them is used in esterification reaction, as so on.This topic will be solid superacid as catalyst for symthesis ofα-naphthol,to overcome many disadvantages of the traditional liquid acid and achieved satisfactory results. In this thesis, the catalytic activity were investigated, the study found that the solid acid at about 300℃conditions, theα-Naphthylamine convert to have good catalytic properties, but also the life of the catalyst were investigated by Good results.
