In this thesis, the residual polyacrylamide in polymer flooded sandstone samples from Shengli Oilfield was separate and measured.And the polyacrylamide adsorption rule was analized.The polyacrylamide in polymer flooded sandstone reservoir cores was separate by vacuum drying, extracting in 24h,vibrating in 48h. The retention of polyacrylamide was measured by starch-cadmium iodide spectrophotometry.The results showed that,some of the retention of polyacrylamide is closer to the capacity from simulative experiment. As a whole, the adsorption capacity is relatively low.The distribution of polyacrylamide in oilfield is irregular. The molecular weight of polyacrylamide decreased visibly.There were some white flocculent precipitates in some of the samples.The precipitates were separate and measured. The results showed that, the white flocculent precipitate was the residues of polyacrylamide. The precipitate is the formation of polyacrylamide and Ca2+,Mg2+ in the long-term effects. And the formation of polyacrylamide in the oilfield is mainly in the form of solid. The polyacrylamide precipitate have an effect with the adsorption of polyacrylamide...
