The thesis consists of two parts:The first part is the synthesis of sulfonyl amidines andβ-amino sulfonyl enamines. Amidines and its derivatives are a kind of extensive and bioactive substances, and have been widely used in medicinal and pesticide's fields. Chemists have taken great attention on amidines because of their special structures and important pharmacological activities. We summed up different methods for thesising of amidines, then introducing our study on the synthesis of amidines. We synthesized a series of amidine compounds in CH2Cl2 at room temperature in air without catalyst between 4-methylbenzenesulfonyl azide and enamine.The second part is the hydration of nitriles into amides. It mainly introduces the methods for the preparation of amides and the improvement in the synthesis of amides. Firstly, we mainly introduce the commom methods for the synthesis of amides using nitriles as the substrate, including antioxidant, metal catalyst and so on. And then, our's improvement on the synthesis of amide compounds, taking water as solvent, CrO3 as the acid cataltst under the common function of dimethyl sulfoxide.
