Multiferroic materials with magnetic property and electric polarization at the same time have the ordered and coexisting interaction between the magnetic property and the poiarization, this kind of interaction shows that electric field can induce magnetic effect and the magnetric field can induce electric polarization, named coupling magnetoelectric (ME) effect. Multiferroic materials have the potential opplication in the field of spintronics, date storage polymorphic memory and so on,here the ABO3 type oxides induce our attention. In this paper,Ba(Ti1-xFex)O3,Ba(Ti1-xZrx)O3 and Ba(Ti0.85-xZrxFe0.15)O3 were prepared by the conventional solid state reaction,we also analysed the properties, such as the structures, magnetic ferroelectric and dielectric. For the Ba(Ti1-xFex)O3 samples with x=0.00, the structure is cubic and single phase, for the Ba(Ti1-xFex)O3 samples with x≥0.05, the structure is sexangle and forms vacancy oxygen. The Ba(Ti1-xFex)O3 samples show magnetic properties at low temperature and room temperature. The sample with x=0.15 show the strongest magnetic property at room temperature. From the M-T curve,we can find the magnetic transition at about 25K in the Ba(Ti1-xFex)O3 samples. Doped irons in BaTiO3 make the ferroelectricity of Ba(Ti1-xFex)O3 samples decline, and dielectric losses are constant value with the low frequency. For the Ba(Ti1-xZrx)O3 sample,no dephasign can be detected, the structure is cubic, the perk position move left and lattice constant values get large with its increasing percentage in the composition. The ferroelectricities are enhanced and ferroelectric hysteresis loops become saturated.Doped zirconiums in BaTiO3 improve the dielectric value and dielectric losses are obviously reduced within the low frequency. For the Ba(Ti0.85-xZrxFe0.15)O3 samples,no dephasign can be detected, the structure is hexangular. The Ba(Ti0.85-xZrxFe0.15)O3 samples show ferromagnetism at low temperature and room temperature. For the M-T curve,we can see the magnetic transition at about 25K in the Ba(Ti0.85-xZrxFe0.15)O3 samples.Doped irons and zirconiums in BaTiO3 at the same time, the ferroelectricity is bttter than the Ba(Ti0.85Fe0.15)O3 sample, the dielectric values are obviously smaller than the Ba(Ti0.85Fe0.15)O3 sample in low frequency.
