This paper mainly studied the application of nickel plating liquid as the nickel source, and its application performance was discussed through the following three methods.The compound coating of Ni-p-ferrite particles was prepared by using nickel plating waste solution as the nickel source:The renewable chemical nickel plating solution was prepared, and its best parameters were optimized. In the base of vortices elements, a equipment which was used to produce the compound coating was designed and manufactured. Its performance was proved by the solution of composite chemical nickel plating which is confect with renewable chemical nickel plating liquid and the powder of TiO2, and its working elements was discussed. Though the complex solution with renewable chemical nickel plating water and ferrite powder, the compound coating of Ni-p-ferrite particles was successfully produced, and its surface was checked by SEM and EDS.The result indicated that the renewable chemical nickel plating solution have the ability of nickel plating. Its prime conditions as follows:the proportion of the bulk about the chemical and telephonic nickel plating waste solution is 5:1, the pH was 10, temperature was 80℃; The configuration of the compound coating, the ferrite was dispersed in the coating; The utilization of nickel source about renewable chemical nickel plating liquid is 54.91%. The loading Ni-P alloy particles and the catalytic performance was produced by using nickel plating waste solution as the nickel source:By the nickel activation and the technology of renewable chemical nickel plating, loading Ni-P alloy particles was produced in the surface of SiO2 and diatomite. The adsorption about load-based adsorbing the nickel ions from chemical nickel plating liquor was discussed; The surface morphology,the composition of coating and crystal structure of the final sample were analysis by SEM,EDS and XRD, the catalytic performance of it was research. The results indication:the surface of load-based can be formatted the catalytic active centre by nickel activation, its optimal adsorption condition is that:the amount of SiO2 is 600g/l, adsorption time is 2.5h, the amount of diatomite is 200g/l, adsorption time is 2h;The final sample have the catalytic properties for Ethanol oxidized and AP thermal decomposed; In the optimal adsorption condition, the utilization of nickel from chemical nickel plating waste solution:SiO2 is 78.4%, diatomite is 79.51%, the utilization of nickel from renewable chemical nickel plating solution:SiO2 is 57.5%, diatomite is 65.7%.The nickel base activation solution for chemical nickel plating was produced by using nickel plating waste solution as the nickel source: Though Si-Al gel adsorbing nickel ions from electron nickel plating waste solution, nickel base activation solution was produced by restore and forming, its activation performance was proved by experiment, and preparation principle was discussed by schematic diagram; the factors of film forming property and deposition rate were investigated by orthogonality test, and optimized; Finally, the utilization of nickel of electron nickel plating waste solution was studied. The results indication: The main factor of film forming property is concentration ratio of film former, and the main factor of deposition rate is concentration ratio of Na2Si03 and AlCl3, the optimal condition is that:the ratio of filmerformer is 2:1, the concentration ratio of Na2SiO3 and AlCl3 is 15:1, nickel plating waste solution is original solution; the utilization of nickel from electron nickel plating solution is 33.2%, he waste solution can recycle.
