| Sediment is an important component of natural waters, when the external source pollution has been effectively controlled, the sediment overlying water of pollutants released to become a new source of pollution, and difficult to control. Therefore, the release of sediment control laws on the release of pollutants in sediments of great significance. In this paper, the method of laboratory simulation of sediment (nitrogen, phosphorus) release rule. The study includes the following two points:(1)The simulation room in the laboratory experiments, by adjusting the pH, dissolved oxygen; temperature and stirring speed were simulated at different pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, and disturbance conditions, the release of nitrogen and phosphorus in the sediments. Testing TN, NH4+-N, NO3--N, TP, PO43--P and other indexes of various factors on sediment nitrogen and phosphorus release volume and the release rate.(2)The use of SPSS to analyze the experimental data obtained from the analysis of each factor in the release and release rate on the role of the size of selected influential factors, exclusion of the smaller factors, which factors determine the release of the main factors. In this paper, through a combination of laboratory simulation experiments and data analysis, may know the main factors affect the release of nitrogen and phosphorus. However, due to nitrogen and phosphorus release factors of complexity and experimental data are limited, the coefficient of sediment release model can not be determined, the author derived from previous studies based only on simulation equation, substituting experimental data into the validation in order to determine the feasibility and applicability of the equation. After this experiment the following points can be drawn:(1)The influence of temperature on phosphorus significantly, high temperature to speed up the release of phosphorus.Phosphorus release was increased with U-pH changes in the emission of neutral when the minimum.High dissolved oxygen can inhibit the release of phosphorus.(2) The high temperature causes a significant increase in ammonia levels, but little effect on total nitrogen.pH value is conducive to reducing the release of nitrogen, but the increase of pH did not significantly affect the release of nitrogen. With the oxygen content increases, Significantly reduce the total nitrogen emissions.(3) Disturbance to the nitrogen and phosphorus release and the release rate increases, the more obvious the greater the intensity increased.(4) After the analysis of SPSS software, dissolved oxygen and nitrogen and phosphorus in the sediments and pore water concentration difference is the major factor in the release of nitrogen and phosphorus. |
