Beneficiation wastewater includes beneficiation process drainage, tailings pond overflow water and mine drainage.The main pollutants of beneficiation wastewater contain heavy metal ions, all kinds of organic and inorganic flotation reagents.Beneficiation reagents are featured by a great variety, high toxicity, complex material structure,which are difficultly used by microorganisms quickly and efficiently.They can be reserved for long-term after they go into the environment,which is a serious health threat between ecological environment and human body. Especially aniline compounds are classified as priority priority of environment control pollutants, which are controlled strictly in industrial drainage.It, is difficult to guarantee organic flotation reagents which the water contains discharge standards continue to be steady for a long term by physical and chemical method. So, it is imperative to realize beneficiation wastewater recycling and achieved drainage standard by biological method.This paper was experimental study on the process of simulation beneficiation wastewater treatment by anaerobic-aerobic reactor and sequencing batch reactor(SBR).Through cultivating and domesticating the activated sludge in the reactors, it was analyzed the treatment efficiencies of COD and floating agent during the process of domestication and the evolution of biofacies in activated sludge during reactor operation, eventually domesticating microbe that could degrade flotation reagents effectively.Also,the microbial community structure were analysed by using PCR-DGGE molecular biological method after the treatment effect of reactor achieved stability.The conclusions were drawn as follows:(1) It was experimental study on biofilm formation in anaerobic-aerobic reactor for beneficiation wastewater.The results showed that it could achieve a better start-up effect for 40 days. The reactor operation was stable and the total removal rate of COD was stable at 65%. During biofilm formation and domestication, the removal rate of COD was mainly concentrated in aerobic reactor. Anaerobic reactor had also certain remove effect, but far below the removal of aerobic reactor. After 40d of reactor starting, the degradation rate of aniline aero float rose gradually from 64.4% to 93%, the degradation rate of diethyldithiocarbamate rose gradually to 84%, and the degradation rate of butyl xanthate rose gradually from 24% to 81%. The domesticated microbes were most successfu.(2) It was experimental study on the process of beneficiation wastewater treatment by sequencing batch reactor(SBR). The results showed that it could achieve a better start-up effect for 20 days. The reactor operation was stable and the removal rate of COD was stable at 75%. After 20d of reactor starting, the degradation rate of aniline aero float rose gradually from 72.4% to 95.2%, the degradation rate of diethyldithiocarbamate rose gradually from 14.1% to 91.3%, and the degradation rate of butyl xanthate rose gradually to 89%. The domesticated microbes were most successfu.(3) Although aniline aerofloat,butyl xanthate and diethyldithiocarbamate are the hard-degradation organic pollutants, organic matter such as glucose can effectively promote biodegradation of the three kinds of mineral processing reagents.(4) This Experimental study explains the process of beneficiation wastewater treatment by biotechnology is feasible in engineering.(5) The analysis result of the microbial community structure in biofilm and activated sludge showed that the number of each sample DGGE bands changed little, but brightness differed,which explained microbial community structure was similar on the whole and certain species of microbes vigor was different in different conditions. After the treatment effect of each reactor achieved stability, the internal community structure was stable.Microorganism diversity of aerobic reactor was generally higher than anaerobic reactor. In addition, the structures of the the microbial communities in activated sludge and in biofilm were different.The community in biofilm might represent the real structure of microbial community more exactly.
