Researh On The Temperature Controling And Wireless Monitoring Of Nergetic Materials Heating Equipment

Explosion is one of the major factors of security incidents, which is caused by high temperature. The typical explosive accidents caused by heating temperature beyond the control include pressure vessel and temperature abuse energetic materials, and so on. Therefore, in the range of the security technology, the temperature control has become the main research direction.Now by way of the safe-oven, we can research on temperature controlling and wireless monitoring of temperature to heating equipment of the energetic materials. So, it is very significant to improving the device by repeated experiments. Therefore, the laboratory establishes a set of external equipment to control and monitor wirelessly the temperature of the energetic materials' heating equipment. .In this paper, the main work is as follows:The design analyze the temperature signal of DS18B20 and control the relay on-off, which can controll the power on-off of energetic materials heating equipment and control temperature of the device using AT89S51 . This paper realizes the function of wireless alarms using the wireless module and music chip .The correctness of more temperatures at energetic material heating equipment has validated by experiment, and ultimately the temperature can be controlled between 93℃-95℃. This paper achieves wireless alarm within 20 meters.The device come true both controlling temperature and wireless alarm within 20 meters. Because it is external, the installation and operation of existing equipment has become more convenient and use friendly. Not undermining the internal structure of existing equipment, but also strengthening the safety of existing equipment, which is research innovation of the paper.
