The Study On The Dipyridamole Preparation

Dipyridamole is an important drug for coronary heart disease treatment, and has anti-virus and other pharmacological activity. Therefore, the improvement of the production process of dipyridamole has important social and economic benefits.In this paper, preparation of dipyridamole was studied, focusing on the reduction of dipyridamole, condensation, and the refining process. Polluted insurance powder or iron powder reduction process was changed into hydrogenation reduction with palladium carbon or raney nickel catalyzation. And the condensation process conditions were improved, focusing on the solvent recovery and reuse methods of diethanolamine, which was the raw material and reaction regent using in large amount, and then obtained the optimized solvent recovery process. Moreover, the refining process of dipyridamole was improved to meet the European GMP, U.S. FDA standards as well as reduce the production costs.
