Anti-CD3 humanized monoclonal antibody has very important significance for hyp eracute rejection of organ transplantation.in those days,we have made a lot of work in related fields. we have succeeded in screening stable anti-CD3 humanized monoclonal antibody expressing clones. Much studies have been done to meet the maximize prod uctivity.In this experiment,we choose the method of fed-batch culture and serum-free medi a(made in house)for the research.At first,we choose the suitable data(pH,DO,T, STIRR, aeration and so on)using 5 L bioreactor, then we make deepper researchment in bigg er bioreactor by 3 baths.Finally we make sure of optimizi-ng cell culture conditions fo r anti-CD3 mAbs.
