Exocarpium citri grandis is one kind of endemical medicinal materials in China. The animal experiment shows that Exocarpium citri grandis has significant cough expectorant and antiphlogistic analgesic effects, Exocarpium citri grandis has high value to exploit. Exocarpium citri grandis was used as material on this experiment. Study on the phlegm of extracts in Exocarpium citri grandis.Studied the contents of polysaccharide, flavonoid, Naringin in different harvest time; Identified ingredient of the volatile oil:and fruit tea is developed. And the effect of fruit tea phlegm is studied. Main achievements are as follow.(1) The content of polysaccharide on September 25 is the highest, and there is a significant difference compared to September 10(p<0.05),there is no significant difference compared to October 10(p>0.05), there is extremely significant difference(p<0.01) compared to the other group. Flavonoids content decrease in different collecting time, and There is extremely significant difference between every two different months (P<0.01). Content of Naringin in different harvest time decrease, There is no significant difference between September 25 and October 10(p>0.05), There is extremely significant difference between Other groups(P<0.01).(2) Essential oil was identified by steam distillation(SD), The chemical components of essential oil were analyzed by GC-MS,20 components were identified, Accounting for 99.5% of the total volatile oil.The chemical components include:Limonene(89.58%), (3-Myrcene(2.57%), Linalool(1.99%), Sabinene(1.66%).(3) Study on phlegm between the extracts of inmature fruit and mature fruit,The extracts of inmature fruit and mature fruit has extremely significant difference(P<0.01),and the phlegm of inmature fruit better than mature fruit.(3) Exocarpium citri grandis. was taken as the main raw material. It had been disscussed the process parameters impacting on the quality of products. Using L16(45) orthogonal experiment design to conduct the optimized research on the craft formula of fruit tea of Exocarpium citri grandis. The results showed that the best temperature was 100℃boiling time was 5 min; When beating, the best ratio of fruit material and water was 1:1. Formulation optimization are as follow:Exocarpium citri grandis is 170 g,150 g~170 g glucose syrup, sugars is 70 g, honey is 50 g~80 g, citric acid is 2 g~2.5 g.(4)Study on the phlegm of fruit tea in different time, we can see there was extremely significant difference compared to negative group(P<0.01).and the phlegm of the fruit tea made in inmature fruit was better than mature fruit.
