Liquid fermentation process technology ofβ-glucodydase aspergillus niger:by using single factor test and orthogonal test, and proof test, explored a proper liquid fermentation technology which taken bran as the media, added with 2.5% glucose,0.1% soy powder, 0.4% KH2PO4, the initial pH 5.0, the inoculation size 10%, the flask containing 30%, fermentation for 4 days, fermentation temperature 30℃, rotational speed 180 r/min, the protease production of bacterial strain is the optimum.Geniposide preparation & process technology of immobilizedβ-glucodydase hydrolysis geniposide:studied on glutaradehyde density, crosslinking temperature, Crosslinking time single factor, the influence of enzyme and hypha immobilized effect showed that the enzyme and hypha immobilized effect was optimum when the glutaradehyde density was 1.0%, the crosslinking temperature was 20℃, the crosslinking time was 2 hours. The research for immobilized enzymology properties showed that the optimum temperature, the optimum pH, thermal stability and storage stability could be improved more than free enzyme. The optimum temperature and pH of immobilized enzyme was separately 40℃and 5.0. The research for optimizing immobilized enzyme and hypha catalyze geniposide hydrolysis condition showed that the optimum pH was 5.0, the optimum temperature was 50℃, the optimum was 4 hours.Gardenia blue pigment preparation & process technology of immobilizedβ-glucodydase aspergillus fermentation:by different fermentation time, pH, temperature, metallic ion, rotational speed, hydrolysis temperature & time influence on the gardenia blue pigment process, the single factor test shows that the output of gardenia blue pigment can be the highest when the fermentation time was 108-120h, the initial pH was 5.5, the fermentation temperature was 35℃, rotational speed was 200 r/min. The process speed of gardenia blue pigment could be accelerated and the fermentation time can be shortened when adds into metallic ion. The process speed gardenia blue pigment can be the highest when adds into metallic ion Fe3+ and Mn2+. The research for influence on gardenia blue pigment process by different hydrolysis temperature and time shows that the increment speed of gardenia blue pigment density is the fastest, and up to the peak of production after 1.3 hours.
