China's coal resources are rich, especially low calorific value of the weathered coal. They all contain a lot of regeneration humic acids (HA) and many kinds of active oxygen functional group, such as carboxylic, phenolic hydroxyl, quinonoids base, alcohols hydroxyl, etc. Therefore, it is the practical significance to extract products such as humic acids from weathered coal . At present, humic acids usually extracted by physical and chemical methods . But judging from the whole process, it has high cost, strict and produces environmental problems. Methods of microorganism role to degrade low coal weathered coal and extract humic from weathered coal and other products have simple technology, low energy consumption, pollution-free advantages. Therefore, the microbial degradation conversion technology processing coal has become the domestic and foreign research hot spot.Taking weathered coal as participarts, this research collected samples from the campus tree soil, organic fertilizer and weathered coal ,screened and obtained ten strains that had high degradation activities to weathered coal with weathered coal as the only carbon source medium . Taxonomy was adopted to study its morphological and cultural characteristics, physiological and biochemical properties and 16SrRNA gene sequences .
