This thesis discusses the preparation and the absorption of the heavy metal ions of L–arginine andβ-cyclodextrin chemically modified stationary phase by cyclic voltammetry, meanwhile, it also discusses the absorption and the elution of Cr(Ⅵ)and Cu(Ⅱ) ions. The adsorption effect of the chemically modified stationary phase is obviously improved than that without chemically modified.First, the preparation of chemically modified stationary phase is compound with liquid paraffin, graphite and activated carbon, and pressed into TDAE tube. After the handle with the stationary phase in the 30% hydrogen peroxide, then L–arginine andβ-cyclodextrin were modified onto the surface by cyclic voltammetry, and then letting L–arginine andβ-cyclodextrin bonding on the stationary phase tightly. So processes L–arginine andβ-cyclodextrin modified phases manufactures chemically modified stationary phases absorbing the metal Cr(Ⅵ) and Cu(Ⅱ),and studies the performance of chemically modified stationary phase absorbs Cr(Ⅵ) and Cu(Ⅱ), and carry regeneration experiment research. In consequence:first,it shows that after being modified by L-arginine modification, the chemically modified stationary phase's ability of absorption Cr(Ⅵ) improves a lot, which absorption rate rises from 30% to 70%. In static absorption, the absorption rate is connected to such factors as temperature or the oscillation time. The isothermal adsorption curve of chemically modified electrode for Cr(Ⅵ) is better fits Freundlich isothermal equation, so the chemically modified electrode's absorption of Cr(Ⅵ) is the chemical endothermic procedure, After the eluent were adsorption elution, the reclaim rate is more than 80%;Second,it also shows that after being modified byβ-cyclodextrin modification, the chemically modified stationary phase's ability of absorption Cu(Ⅱ) improves a lot, which absorption rate rises from 30% to 73%. In static absorption, the absorption rate is connected to such factors as temperature or the oscillation time. The isothermal adsorption curve of chemically modified electrode for Cu(Ⅱ) is better fits Freundlich isothermal equation, so the chemically modified electrode's absorption of Cu(Ⅱ) is the chemical endothermic procedure, After the eluent were adsorption elution, the reclaim rate is more than 80%.
