With the development of oil extraction, the oil reserves are decreasing, so how to improve the ratio of oil extraction has become a more and more important problem. The secondary oil recovery and tertiary oil recovery were most popular methods, so there is so much waste water, usually there were so many bacteria in the oil waste water, such as SRB, FB and TGB. These bacteria could cause corrosion of the pipe and formation plug, all of these phenomenon will result in environmental pollution and economic loss.In order to solve above problems, scientists found that quaternary ammonium salts(QASs) have better surfactant and bactericidal. At present, quaternary ammonium salts are commonly used as bactericide in the injected water in oil-field, but our research started rather later and slower.1227 were commonly used as bactericide, but it has produced a medicine-resistant, and all of these required us to synthesize some new species of bactericide. In my paper, according to consult some literature, I have synthsized nine kinds of new single QASs and six kinds of QASs compounds.The material of the reaction are tertiary amine, tertiary amine salt and 1-O-dodecyl glycidyl ether. We have studied the material ratio, time and temperature by orthogonal experiments and expand experiments, according to above experiments we have found out the best react condition. We have checked out the structure of these QASs by IR and LC/Ms.We also tested their critical micelle concentration (CMC) by surface tension method and conductivity method, the results of the two methods are basically the same. In addition, we have tested the bactericidal of the three chlorine bactericide by mutation method, the result showed that due to N-(3-dodecyloxyl-2-hydroxy)propyl-N-dimethylbenzylamine chloride contains a hydroxyl and benzyl, so it has a better bactericidal. All of these proved that the bactericide effect is related to the CMC, the lower the better.In the dipolar solvent, we use Dibromopropane and 4,4'-Bis(chloromethyl)-l,l'-biphenyl as connection group. Triethylamine, dimethyl dodecyl amine and dimethyl benzyl amine as material. We have checked the purity and structure by elementay analysis and IR. The Gemini QASs synthesized with dimethyl dodecylamine showed very good surface activity.
