organic-inorganic layered perovskite hybrids have the possibilities to combine useful characteristics organic and inorganic compounds on the molecular level. However, nowdays the properties of hybrids with lower carrier mobility and carries density can not satisfy the requiring of appliances.Orgainc compements can not only provide ease of processing,but also can reduce the band gap of hybrid by the template effect to inorganic layer,therefore, it has important significance to research the relationship between the organic compoments and the band gap,in order to promote the application and rich practical the theoretical knowledge of hybrids.This dissertation focused on the monolayer layered perovskite hybrid based on PbI2,which has a optimal semiconducting and luminescence.We selected the C6H5(CH2)nNH2(n=0,1,2)and RCH2CH2NH2 (NH2CH2, Br, HOCH2) as the organic compoments(R=CH3CH2 is the basic for them). On one hand,we discussed the influence of the synthesis processes to the structure on the product;on the other hand,we disscuss the impact of length of C chains and special organic functional groups on produtcs'thermal stability and band gap.Targets products were synthesized by the different synthetic routes,different reaction rations and reaction times.Comparing the XRD patterns of two systems,we discussed the effects on different conditions and summarized the optimal processes of the hybrid.We found that the longer methylene chains,the more easily getting the layered structure,the greater distance between the inorganic layer adjacented.But for the (RCH2CH2NH3)2PbI4,the layered crystal NH3CH2CH2NH3PbI4 can not be, synthesized whatever the synthesis changed.From the SEM scans of the target product,the results further confirm the couclution which the XRD analysis of the structure is given above. What is more, we can speculate the products' thermal stability,and from the UV-visible absorption spectra,the band gap were calculated estimately.Further analysis and comparision shows that the introduction of the special functional group electron -Br,-OH can reduce the band gap of the hybrids...
