Fiber reinforce plastic has more superior characteristic than metal or isotropic material on specific intensity and specific rigidity which only in the direction along the fiber. Composite grid structure is the combination of advanced structural and advanced materials structure, which give full play to the anisotropy of composite materials and designable of materials.Composite materials grid structures are usually made into thin-walled cylinder or cone both ends of the grid components should be made into head-like structures or use two flanges to seal both ends of the grid components, and then using pin to hang yarn, so you can achieve a continuous filament winding molding wound. Based on the analysis on the law of the filament winding linear.the winding process is divided into three parts.winding on the longitudinal reinforcement and ring bars, winding on the head surface and winding on the pins.According to the winding parameters, calculate the coordinates of falling yarn locus during the winding process. Meanwhile, analyze the movement low of grid component during the filament winding.In the environment of MFC dynamic simulation of FW can be realized by using OpenGL.MFC encapsulates some classes of VC++, you can create a simulation software interface quickly and simplely. OpenGL is a high qualified library of 3D grafh application.OpenGL has high independence and portability, and close to VC+ + interface.Using OpenGL and VC++ together to finish the simulation software can give full play to the advantages of both.The simulation model should be defined by geometric parameters which make the model more versatile.realistic image is realized by setting up norma,light,material,projection transformation and so on before modeling.In the simulation program,basic parameters have been input to carry through CAD of FW pattern,then FW has been simulated.The program can control the start and stop of the program,the angle and range of view.
