| Electrical discharge Machining(EDM) has been widely applied in the various fields,and it is play an improving role in the national economic construction of China.The physical mechanism of EDM is process of complex and volatile, randomness and uncertainty,we must relied on experience of worker to get good processed results,but it is very difficult to succeed.So, the paper capture important factors and design orthogonal experimental of multivariate factors by investigating,analysing and summarizing of research situation physical mechanism of EDM at home and abroad , the purpose of research is getting technological law of EDM process,and put forward new modeling method,named Grey Neural Networks Model (GNNM).This modeling has the advantage of convenience of modeling ,good generalization capability and has practical guidance significance to predicted result of EDM.First,this paper have investigated a vast amount of information about research material of physical mechanism of EDM to make simple combed and summary, follow it analyse important factors about effect discharge corrosion, all previous research provide the theory support for later research.Second,this paper capture four significant electric parameters by analyzing existence question of EDM , design orthogonal experimental of four factors four level and use analysis of range and variance.In finally, find out process law about relation of four electric parameters to process effect and who is primary and secondary foctors in four electric parameters,as well as makes the optimal combination of the parameters and clearly essence of process is amount of energy. Research shows relations of processing speed, surface quality and electrode loss is opposed to each other, process effect will make perfect results with the proper parameters.Finally, the paper present a new modeling method which a combination of two basic methods of neural network and gray theory by analysing traditional methods and non-traditional methods,named Grey Neural Networks Model (GNNM).This method has the advantage of convenience of modeling , less operation quantity ,high precision ,good generalization capability and so on. At present, under the physical mechanism of EDM is not clear,the modeling provides a new method in later research.The conclusion of paper has guidance significance for research of EDM and will provides experimental date and theoretical basis for parametric optimization and later establishing simulating model.Meanwhile,the simulation model built in this paper will provide a way to further research of EDM. |
